Products will only be delivered once full payment has been made
Flat rate shipping is based on delivery within Australia only. Please note that we use couriers for the majority of our delivers and therefore PO Boxes are not accepted
For international orders, please contact us here for a shipping quote. International purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned
If you find a fault or damage to a product, please contact us here within 3 working days of receiving your goods
All items are handmade and variances do occur. Each item will be slightly different, this is not considered a fault of the product
March Trading will not be liable for goods that may arrive damaged from transit, however we will do our best to resolve any issues and provide a prompt replacement
We do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases, however we are able to provide an exchange for a product to the same monetary value
Exchanges - Goods must be returned to us at the cost of the buyer, and in an unused condition with tags still attached. All exchanges must be pre-approved by March Trading within 7 working days of receiving the order. Exchange orders will incur an additional shipping fee. Please contact us here to arrange an exchange
